Edmond’s practice focuses on advising clients on various aspects of commercial real estate law matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and hospitality. In addition, Edmond is familiar with the Real Estate Development Marketing Act and the Strata Property Act and has experience with drafting various types of agreements, including purchase and sale agreements and charges relating to subdivision and rezoning.
Edmond obtained his Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2025. Before law school, he graduated with Honours from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. Edmond was called to the British Columbia bar in 2026.
Edmond summered and articled with Terra Law prior to joining the firm as an associate.
Edmond is fluent in Cantonese.
- Acting for the master developer of the UniverCity Community at Simon Fraser University, an award-winning sustainable community as well as other university trusts in British Columbia;
- Acting for purchasers and vendors of development sites, including land assemblies;
