Terra Law Director, Russell Benson, moderated the session while speakers David Longcroft of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and Paul Sullivan of Burgess Cawley Sullivan addressed the in’s and out’s of air space parcel subdivisions and related property tax issues, respectively.
Terra Law Corporation’s extensive experience working with developers on mixed-use projects involving complex air space parcel subdivisions was on display as Mr. Benson fielded numerous questions on the topic, posed a number of thought-provoking questions to Mr. Longcroft and Mr. Sullivan, and offered up his own perspective based on 25 years of background as a real estate lawyer.
The seminar was Terra Law’s first public sponsorship.
